
1. Cancellation by Participant

More than 7 days before class:
Full refund or free rescheduling. -
3 to 7 days before class:
50% refund. -
Less than 72 hours (3 days) before class:
No refund. Rescheduling available with a $25 fee. -
No-shows:
No refund or rescheduling. A new registration and payment are required.
2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours before the class (Based on future class scheduling).

Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the class is subject to availability and a $25 fee.
3. Cancellation by Instructor/Organization

If the class is cancelled due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or emergencies, participants will be offered:

A full refund, or
-
A free reschedule to another available session (Based on future class scheduling).

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
5. Substitutions
-
A registered participant may not send a substitute in their place.
