1. Cancellation by Participant

  • More than 7 days before class:
    Full refund or free rescheduling.

  • 3 to 7 days before class:
    50% refund.

  • Less than 72 hours (3 days) before class:
    No refund. Rescheduling available with a $25 fee.

  • No-shows:
    No refund or rescheduling. A new registration and payment are required.

2. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling requests must be made 48 hours before the class (Based on future class scheduling).

  • Rescheduling less than 48 hours before the class is subject to availability and a $25 fee.

3. Cancellation by Instructor/Organization

  • If the class is cancelled due to instructor unavailability, low enrollment, or emergencies, participants will be offered:

    • A full refund, or

    • A free reschedule to another available session (Based on future class scheduling).

4. Refund Processing

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

5. Substitutions

  • A registered participant may not send a substitute in their place.
